Please Lower Your Expectations
Many people hold the idea that kissing or making out is the sign of a successful date, or that they can meet their soulmate on the first meeting. But that's not the case. Don't let expectations get in the way of your dating and don’t expect to end your date with intimacy. Your date probably won't be as great as you thought, or he/she may not have the same goal as you do. As a result, you should maintain your expectations to a minimum. Don't expect to establish a lasting, intimate relationship with your dating partner on a single date.
Please Wear Proper Attire
When you go on a date, make sure you dress appropriately. Creating a positive impact on your dates is something that must be worked on. To impress a potential partner, wearing proper attire will help you a lot. Even if it doesn't guarantee you a successful date, it should help you avoid leaving a bad impression at first sight. Of course, if you want to look good, make it a habit instead of something you do only on special occasions. If you're just going to be on a regular occasion, don't overdress. Or don't opt for a tuxedo dress and sparkly earrings for a football match.
Please Be Punctual
Being on time for appointments is basic etiquette. If we value the date, then we certainly can't keep him or her waiting too long. Will people still want to be with you when you're always presenting yourself as tardy and late? Make sure you arrive five minutes early if you can. But it’s not recommended to be too early, as this may put pressure on your date. If you are late for some irresistible factors, please send an apology message to your date in advance. Being late to a date leaves a bad impression and makes the other person feel unimportant.
